Searching for an agent to visit the Okavango Swamps?

<p>We are a South African family of six (teenage children to grand parents), headed out for 3 nights at Pelo Camp in the Okavango Swamps; operated by Wilderness Safaris. We made our reservation through Megan O’Connor at Maplanga Africa. We "discovered" Maplanga Africa at the Getaway Show in Johannesburg and it has turned out to be a great contact to have made. </p> <p>Our travel arrangements couldn't have been smoother and working with Megan was an absolute pleasure. Megan was very responsive, friendly, attentive, patient with our questions(!) and showed genuine sincerity in our interests. This is an occasion where I am comfortable to endorse five star service and many thanks to Megan for making the reservation, which is part of the adventure, hassle free.</p> <p> </p> <p>(Its worth noting I also checked in with agent based in the UK, from an internet search, but they were slow to respond and didn't have much to entice me to their services).</p> <p> </p>
