Received great service

I requested a quote for a trip to travel to the Vic Falls with Maplanga Africa. Jeanne Milham provided me with the quote within an hour, and also supp**** me with additional information regarding excursions which could also be booked via Maplanga. As the service I received was excellent, I immediately accepted and booked for the planned holiday. Since then, I've promptly received my travel documentation as required. She kept me informed at all times, advising what I should receive or do, and by when. Not once did I have to follow up on her. I'm greatfull for the excellent service I've received.
