Like having a personal assistant!

<p>We live in the US and are planning one of those bucket list trips - a month in Africa doing everything from visiting an NGO in Rwanda to sleeping in a game hide in Kruger to taking the dinner train at Vic Falls. I spent about a month organizing our itinerary, planning flights and hotels and ground transportation. It was very time consuming and frustrating when I couldn't book the hotels I wanted... even six months in advance! I stumbled across Maplanga through a Google ad and suddenly my life got immeasurably easier. I gave Megan O'Connor our itinerary and, with a few exceptions, she booked everything on my list. We got the hotels, the rental cars, the activities, the flights - all booked without my lifting a finger.</p> <p>Megan checked in with me almost every day to let me know how the bookings were progressing. When a hotel website mysteriously disappeared off the Internet she followed up to get an explanation. The vouchers were emailed promptly after final payment. AND I don't think we paid more than we would have if I continued to struggle with booking the 18 or so hotels, half a dozen flights, 3 rental cars and activities on my own.</p> <p>So if you are traveling halfway around the world the first temptation is just to buy a packaged safari, go with a group, do whatever you're told. Maplanga made it easy for us to have a very customized experience so we are not wasting time and money seeing what the average tourist sees. Every day we are immersed in exactly what we want to be doing, from visiting Jessica the Hippo to walking the alleys of Zanzibar. Thanks, Megan!</p>
