They **** saying my loan is approved and I should accept a Debi check for the monthly payment of the loan they debited me twice different amounts but I never ever received the loan when calling they make up excuses or say they have refunded me but I never got the money when I call they hang up and lie they management is in a meeting or they guy I want is gone out they will call me back but they don't it's been 7 day nothing I have now opened a case against them at the phoenix plaza police station and capitec bank so if theys anyone who has the same issue nor problem please contact me on this number *** the more victims and opened cases we have the better its time we stop them now this is our hard earned monies.
