I want my money back

I have app**** for a loan with this company. They sent me a message to approve debit order for the loan repayment. I approved thinking that i will get the loan as they promised. Now they have debited R680 from my account for the service they never provided. I called them on their number *** but they just hung up on me after i told them to pay back my money.
