ITC profile

I took an instant loan with Mapaya investment in September,the debit went off in October,this account shows on my ITC profile that i am in arrears since to date.it has been drastically affecting my score,I spoke to the owner who is Mr Peter Mapaya,he adviced that on their system the account is closed and updated,but this account is still showing arrears till this day.he adviced that i need to send paid up letter to credit bureau,I did so but this account is still on my profile.I dont know exactly who needs to assist me,is it Mapaya investment that needs to the update it or is it the credit bureaus.can this be attended to as soon as possible as this is reducing my chances or applying for credit with other creditors.
