Bad service from one of the Mapaya Investment staff.

I referred a friend to their branch in Alex, as a cousin of mine says she took a loan from them. I was disappointed when my friend called to say she ended up approaching another loan institution because of the rude service she got. My friend is self employed & doing very well in her businesses. She says there was a light skinned lady, a bit chubby & tallish that gave her a very ugly look as she entered. I know the lady Sophy because I occasionally work in the same centre that's why I refered people, since my cousin is also their client. Trying to talk to her was as of she was forcing her & her responses were undermining. My friend says she decided to just leave & go else where. This is not the first complain from the Alex branch but funny enough most people recommend the the shorter lady, as she's friendly. That lady should be kept at the back for filing & not be the face of Mapaya because she doesn't have a good approach. People should learn to be professional & not treat their work place as their homes.
