Taking money and not giving consumer the product.

The last week in January - we requested the services of mapstudio Krugersdorp ( Jenny ) we paid the same day we received the quotation and after that we just not hear from Jenny , we were told by Jenny that we will get the maps delivered to us in 10-14 days after it was approved by us - the proof we have not received as yet. We told her form the get go we have a project and we need the lap ASAP - so then we requested a refund - after we told here we can not wait 35 days as we have to hand in the project by the 15 February - see became very offensive and rude and told us that we will only get a small refund of R 390.00. We paid R 931.50 on the 30/01/2019. I feel they have not given us what we paid for the product and want to take our money for work not done. I would like them to respond to my emails and refund me as they did not give us what we paid for. Thank you Noelene
