Map Studio refuses to give service

I called them today to obtain a price on a wall map for Midrand. The woman on the phone (who mumbled her name twice and I still didnt hear it) refused to give me any recommendation for printing this wall map. When I suggested that she should know this she told me to hold on and spoke to a man in the vicinity stating "I have a very rude lady on the phone who doesn't know what size of map she wants, she doesn't understand we don't have sizes. " The man mumbled something and I asked to speak to him or the manager which I was denied. All print business has standard sizes and ratios to work with....these people don't it would seem. I would not do any business with them with this shocking attitude and zero customer care intention. It was a total waste of a call, inefficient and very uncooperative
