No Response to Several Emails - I want an updated STATEMENT of ACCOUNT

I was harassed and bombarded with calls for payments from them, threatened with confusing legal jargon until I made a payment agreement. When I was not able to pay, I was threatened with immediate legal action - all by email.

Now that I am requesting a statement and balance account showing my allocated payments that I have made over the last few months - I have not received a response.

I have sent several emails, CCd several individuals and sent a whatsapp requesting the same details - and I have not been answered by a single individual.

I want a statement of my account urgently reflecting payments made so far, as well as the outstanding balance.

This is ridiculous.
