Harassing me

<p>I received a sms on the 9th of June 2016 from a attorney T J Maodi regarding a Nedbank Personal Loan. This is the first time in three years that I hear from these people. I had a Nedbank account in 2011 and the monthly decuctions was paid with a debit order. Now after three years I hear from these people that I owe Nedbank money for this personal loan. I have spoken to the NCR and they informed me that this debt has been prescribed and that I must inform these attorney that they must stop harassing met with the Sherrif and summons letters. According to the NCR this debt has been prescribed as I did not make a promise to pay the outstanding debt. I also have not been summonded to pay this debt. It is against the law to harass the client after three years. There is no way that they can state that they could not get hold of me, as Nedbank has my physical address and contact details. I have send a copy of this report to the NCR as well. I have reported Nedbank on Hello Peter as well and now they send me a message that they will investigate this matter. The NCR clearly stated to me that this debt has been prescribed.</p>
