Horrible service from Manzini Chalets

#Share and possibly save someone else from this disgusting experience. IF WE KEEP QUIET THEY WILL NEVER RESPECT US OR STOP.

I made a bookin with this place via Booking.com, payed for the booking, confirmed if they received the payment after sending them the proof of payment, confirmed my checkin in and out time,

Today we arrive at this place @11:20 and we are given keys by one of their employees, who we found working at their garden as they don't have a reception area. minutes later a VERY RUDE white woman walks in to ask us what we doing in the room Rudely so as their check in time is 14:00

She tells me her name is Adner or Adger and that's her place. In the same unit we found the couch has some animals droppings on them, the bed cover is not clean with stains on it, the bath tub is dirty.

We asked for those to be cleaned, she comes back and throws another fit saying "I hear you complaining about the place and tells us to Go outside... which i point blank refused as i can't accept such treatment from anyone.

She Continued to shout like we begged her to stay there for free ... at this point we asked for our money back and drove out... money we haven't yet received by the way...

HOW ARE SUCH PLACES still operating with such disgusting service, And they will say it's not about Race... coz if this is the same service all around I doubt they would still be in business...

Go there at your own risk.. day seriously ruined??
