Manzi monate substandard resort

I've arrived at the abive resort yesterday for midweek break. However this is to inform you that the unit 43 I was allocated is substandard, electrical socket not working, plumbing in bath tub is damaged, and guest bathroom cistern is broken . The sockets are also not USB compatible .The resort is also poorly maintained and serviced, unlike your other resorts,where towels are changed daily and bedding changed midweek. They provide 1 tiny piece of soap for the whole midweek also . Also they haven't done any upgrades to the bathrooms since the resort was built probably decades ago . I think you should consider taking this resort off your list. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
