Dirty linen, spider in bed, BAD Attitude

<p>Good evening, me and my family booked in at the Manzi Monate Resort, today 25 November. Upon our arrival at reception I was impressed and said that this is our new favourite resort thus far. The welcome that we got from Madelein and Frans was very welcoming. We got our keys and settled in, as this will be our new home for the next 7 nights. When my daughter wanted to take a nap, she noticed that the bedding had stains and discovered a spider IN the bed. I immediately called the reception and the maintenance supervisor and 2 ladies was sent to our unit. When they arrived, we told them about the spider in bed, the stains and the dirt on the carpet. The maintenance supervisor Patrick asked me to show him the dirt and stains, he then said that the linen is clean and said that I can't say that it is dirty. While talking to him, he received a phone call and stormed out of the unit. The ladies returned with clean linen and a vacuum cleaner. Patrick is and was extremely RUDE! This is my 1st and last visit at this resort. I'll be sure to inform all my friends and family about this STINKING, RUDE, attitude. What is our country coming to? Should we just accept bad service and keep quiet?? I think not!!</p> <p>regards,</p> <p>Lavinia</p>
