Poor customer relations by Manvic Distributors

Manvic Distributors are in Somerset West and advertise themselves as supplying product for purposes of security. Their approach to customer relations leave a lot to be desired. A key was purchased on the 11th December to a door lock which housed post boxes on an estate. There are 11 keys to this door, 1 was lost and hence needed to be replaced. The key was found not to unlock the door and was returned about 2 to 3 days later when it was explained that the key did not unlock the door. The person behind the counter said the lock should be brought in for checking. It was explained that 10 other keys opened the lock so it was the key that was faulty, not the lock. Despite this the person from Manvic insisted the lock should be brought in to be checked. What absolute nonsense! A key was then purchased from a competitor of Manvic's, I might add for a better price, and found to work perfectly well. I would never recommend using Manvic for any business transaction, they obviously do not know what customer relations are and, more importantly, nor do they care about customer satisfaction.
