Bad service RandWest Manucipality

<p>I have recieved two statements from RandWest manucipality for July and August which i feel i have been over charged, statement for July i was billed R2045 and after paying that 3 weeks later they billed me R3800. I went to the manucipality to enquire about this and i was told its because of winter rates, and i was supposed to be charged R1,76.56 cents for a unitof electricity but they charged me R1,77.56. How did that happen i dont know and they dont have an answer for this as well. Even today i still havent got an answer from Westonaria Manucipality Manager. i have asked them to give me the proof of the readings they took for July and August 2016 and i was told they dont have them so now how the **** did they charge me without proof of the readings they took from my house???? i simply need proof and the break down of their statement. Westonaria Manucipality is ******* their service is poor....they are incompitent.</p>
