Poor tiling workmanship

I hired a tiler to work on our bathroom shower floors, but the workmanship was poor. The tiles were cut badly, the layout was incorrect, and the grouting lines were not uniform. It was clear that he lacked experience with large format tiles. When I confronted him about the issues, he suggested that I hire another tiler to fix his mistakes. After that, I requested a refund, but he blocked me on his phone. This is a classic case of a "bakkie builder" who only accepts payment upfront—shame on me for not being cautious. Please don't make the same mistake I did.
