MISLEADING THE PUBLIC

I have made an inquiry, with regards to the to accommodation, after browsing there website [URL Removed] so i made an inquiry with regards to the TeePee tents add clearly states R200.00 per room, which sleeps 4 people, as per their website which i have proof of. i called and spoke to an idiot of a lady by the name of lindy, who was really rude and has no ethics for an apparent manageress, she said that her boss said i need to find accommodation elsewhere. i asked to speak to her boss, she makes every excuse no to hand me over to him neither did she supply with a contact number. this is mis leading and i was this rectified. THIS PLACE IS A MICKY MOUSE organisation. This women is just damn rude and very unhelpful. i am disgusted by they way she speaks to potential customer, imagine how she speaks to people that use the resort.
