Jacuzzi **** Company

I was searching on OLX for a company that supplies Jacuzzis and the name of Mantere Trading coming up and there prices was reasonable. I contacted the owner and got a quote, paid the deposit and he just never<br> delivered the Jacuzzi. When I phoned him, he said something came up and he will send me an email. In the email he said that I must pay and additional R6500 for insurance because the truck got high jacked and that he will refund me the money with delivery. I immediately phoned the ***** department of FNB and the deposit that I paid was already cleared out of the account.
