greatly aggrieved

on the 7th of June 2017 I was in my office parked at work, when one of the IT companies( MANNTELLA IT) who was working at our offices at that time, their driver hit and damaged the door of my car in a parking area, they promised to fix my car 6 months ago and that has never happened, they ignore me and promise to get their insurance to contact which no one ever did, my case no isAR26/06/2017.

PLEASE HELP ME! THESE PEOPLE ARE TAKING ME FOR A JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!
