Staff don't have a clue

<p><br />When you phone to find out a little more about a product or in my case products, they give you information you want to hear just to be done with you. Problem is that now you have found the right product at a reasonable price you take time off of work, borrow a bakkie and fill that bakkie up with petrol to go fetch heavy batteries just to be rudely told off that the info i was given was wrong. As well as not even bothering to apologize or give alternatives without a rediculous price tag. I've dealt with some odd companies in the past but this one takes the cake</p>
