Order sent to other side of country

<p>I bought an item as a birthday gift for a colleague to be delivered in Johannesburg, though the item was delivered to Durban, apparently due to a "system error" and received by someone who was supposedly me. </p> <p> </p> <p>I spoke to Clinton from customer service who was very professional and helpful in resolving the issue. The only option I was given was to wait for the item to be retrieved and resend to the correct shipping address which would take another day. Only after demanding a refund was I reluctently informed of the refund process that apparemtly only takes place on Tuesdays, although Clinton stated that they could try to refund me within two days.</p> <p> </p> <p>In the end my first shopping experience with Mantality was not a great one, even though the customer service staff is friendly and professional I would rather buy from more established online shop.</p>
