Mantality's Return Policy

I contacted Mantality end of September, asking if I could return an unwanted gift and I was told that I could go ahead. I was not aware of the exorbitant fee I would incur. In total it cost me R474.80 to return the gift (in perfect condition). That, however, was not the only issue. It also took them 18 days and many excuses to complete the refund. They received my parcel on the 2nd of October and I only received payment on the 20th of October. Customer Service was poor and it was simply a bad experience overall. It is safe to say that I will never support Mantality again.
