Excellent service

Excellent service. An error occurred while I was making a purchase, however I could see that the amount had gone off on my side - stated at uncleared. Unsure of what that meant, I decided to wait a while to see whether it would clear. A few days later, I received an email from Mantality stating that something had gone wrong with the order and I should order again. I checked my account, and uncleared was still showing so I waited some more. The agents at Mantality took the liberty of giving me a call, and once I explained the situation, they checked things on their side and saw that the amount had cleared. Problem resolved and I received my purchase the next day. They are quick, efficient and they take initiative when they see something may have gone wrong with a purchase.
