DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER - 11 DAYS LATER

I ordered a birthday gift on the 1st of october, it's been 10 days and i still have not received my order. I am so disappointed and will never ever make the mistake of ordering with Mantality again. one part of my order was delivered yesterday and i havent heard anything about the rest of my order. ABSOLUTELY USELESS.
