BUILDING PLANS - False promises and zero delivery

He guaranteed approval after full disclosure of the circumstances of the application, but after paying R2,595.00 upfront we still have no approval, the 60 day notice period for obtaining said plans have lapsed and we have don`t have any proof that any application, or plans have been submitted.<br> <br> After buying the Wendy House for R9,800 as a 40th birthday gift to my wife, we are now forced to tear it down and make alternative storage arrangements.<br> <br> I have entered into numerous email and WApp discussions with Mr Peterson and ultimately said that I am willing to pay a reasonable fee for his time and effort coming out to our house, but I don`t think R2,595 is fair and reasonable considering that from my point of view absolutely NOTHING has happened.<br> <br> I would like a R2,000 refund, but we are willing to pay R595 for his petrol money and 'effort'.
