Steer clear of amateur service

In the few months that Mansfields has been managing a complex in Edleen, not one month has gone by without a financial error on levy statements being noted. Further to that despite instructions in meetings, Mansfields has repeatedly ignored instructions. Now, to add fuel to the ever growing errors, it has been found that a tenant has not been billed for his residence since Mansfields took over. The list grows monthly.

This months story is that hardcopy levy statement could not be delivered because someone broke his arm (on the last day of the month). Well, what was going on the week prior to the arm being broken?

In my opinion - if you have a choice of Managing Agent - steer clear of these amateurs.
