Best Service and Beyond Expectations when it comes to quality of products

Richard and his team are super professional and extremely helpful. He was especially patient with me who kept asking when I will receive my rings. When I did receive my order I was at a loss for words. My rings looked even more beautiful than I imagined it would. I was very skeptical to send my gold because I had never met Richard and did not know if it could possibly be a ****. But I did my research and I am happy to say that I do not for one minute regret sending my gold for Richard to make a new design. I wish I could post before and after pictures.
