Great quality and service received from Bernie

I needed to update our company Health & Safety Posters and I want to compliment Bernie for her customer service, she was prompt with quoting, queries and delivery. I like the look of their posters and felt the quality was well worth the price which was also reasonable and competitive. I read some of the other reviews and feel that their staff's behavior after hours is a personal issue and when it comes to receiving feedback from this company, as everyone does tend to get busy, perhaps follow up from your end once or twice before bringing down a company's rating, they don't deserve 1 star, definitely 3 and up at least.
