The Bad and ugly

We Had our house build by manor Homes and have had an on going dispute with Jason regarding the quality of which the house has been built, For the amount of money we have spent with them you would expect that we would get a top quality finish that will last. after 4 years of living in the house the amount of cracks and leaks, since year one, that have been showing up makes me question there attention to detail when it comes to structural integrity. yes of course cracks and leaks are common when houses begin to settle but not to the extent where every wall in the house has a crack and these aren't just hairline cracks nor minor leaks, we have requested for them to come repair these cracks and leaks but they cannot even do that correctly. not just that the quality of the interior finishings is pathetic for the amount we paid, the fact that after 4 years things are starting to rust, peel or fall off clearly shows that the what we got is not top quality products which we were told we were going to be getting. i would highly recommend you avoid using them as all they will do is take your money, build your house as cheap as possible so they can pocket as much as possible.
