Manor Estates - Manor Gardens poor buildings by hbr projects

We are residents at unit 20 Manor gardens and vacated the property due to water coming from the from the roof slabing and the walls. Hbr builders did a really poor job with the water proofing that has lead to this and would not accept liability as there are many units with similar problems
