Manor Easates Ballito a dump

Well I acquired a unit at manor gardens are there is water seeping from the roof into my flat which is on the ground floor. The unit is not livable and the developer says we need to get an report before they act and the estate is captured by the developer. The monies on the estate are under scrutiny by me but difficult to get information from the estate management. All welcome to see the damages
