Extremely Disappointed – Unreliable and Unresponsive Service

I am thoroughly disappointed with the service (or lack thereof) from Ntokozo of Manono Solutions. After multiple requests and follow-ups to have a persistent water tank leak repaired, they repeatedly failed to show up or communicate any legitimate reason for their absence. Despite agreeing to come out and fix the issue, we were left waiting on several occasions where they did not turn up as promised with no resolution and no updates and Ntokozo eventually blocked my husband’s number. This level of unreliability, disrespect and poor communication is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Water leaks can cause serious damage, and their lack of urgency or accountability shows a total disregard for customer needs. I would strongly caution others against using Manono Solutions if you value your time, property, and peace of mind.
