Unanble to assist and still had attitude with me

Bought a packet of cashew nuts (Peri-peri).i opened the packet to eat a few nuts and on my 10th nut or so i saw something strange on the nut (Eggs and worms) i called the number on the Manoli's munchies packet ***) and spoke to a lady named Jacky and explained my situation to her but she was very rude and brushed me off and said things like this happen and i must take the packet to where i bought the nuts and get a refund and she cut the call so i called back and she cut the call so i got a colleague to call back and the lady was rude once again and refused to put us through to a manager and said he will not deal with complaints like this and the phone was put down once again. im just concerned about my health because i am 6 months pregnant and if something happens to my baby what would she do and Im concerned for other peoples health as well because this can easily happen to anyone else and who knows how many other people were treated this way.
