Manolis Hillcrest - Unpleasant, unhelpful and really could not care a damn.

Please be advised, when one makes a purchase of any product at Manoli's , (Hillcrest) it should be consumed within 7 days of purchase. If not consumed, within 7 days, you cannot return the item. So please do not purchase any product and store in the pantry, to offer that unexpected visitor a snack with a glass of wine. If the nuts are rancid or off, you cannot return them even if the product is well within the expiry date (July 2018). Staff displayed a very rude and unprofessional attitude to my complaint and a reply to my call to the head office is still outstanding despite a re-assurance of feedback. In this day and age a packet of nuts costs nearly R100.00. Who can afford to simply throw them away? These products don't get rancid by the pack ,but usually,one entire production batch is affected.If there is anyone with a similar experience, please advise.
