Pure incompetence at Manny's Build-it hardware in Benoni.

I've placed numerous orders with Manny's Timbers (Build-it) in the past and recently, for cutting/edging and/or manufacturing of cabinets. All orders have to be paid in full in advance, and with a lead period of no less than 10 days, no matter the size of the order. Not once have I had an order where I didn't have to go back to have mistakes rectified, having to wait a few more days. Most recently I ordered a simple bathroom cabinet and a single standard kitchen carcass, only to find after the two week waiting period, there were mistakes with both those units. I've now refused to drive up and down again to have this rectified, so in reply to this, they refuse to rectify these mistakes if I don't adhere to their company policies and procedures, which will cost me more time and money, again!.... PATHETIC!
