UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDERS!

I ordered a cream in last month. R1500.00 was debited off my account (i have never signed a debit order form!) and then i received the cream, and dirt pills - which i did not order! I then told the sales rep that i will not be ordering the products anymore. This morning 09/10/2017 another debit of R1500.00 came off my account! I will be laying a case of ***** if i do not get my monies back!
