Return and refunds

Good day, I previously ordered a month supply of Mannatech products and was not satisfied with the products at all. Then the next month I received a batch of the same products which I did not order and my card was debited. I sent my return forms two weeks ago, without any response as of yet. I have unopened products that I have been sitting with for about 4 weeks and I want my money back! They say on their website reply within 5 days, and its been two weeks now.
