Manatech - worst accounting dept

Worst experience I ever had with their accounting department!! We canceled an order online and received confirmation that been canceled. On the 2nd November a amount of R 1180.00 was debt from our account, we called their helpdesk and was told to send proof that the amount was debt. We send it and after that we received no further communication. We tried to get it reversed at FNB but they told us its impossible as Mannatech is overseas company and that we have to get it reversed from them

We send multiple emails to Steven (Helpdesk agent) and was just ignored flat. Luckily we didn't sign for that parcel when it arrived, so they have no choice but to refund us for that amount

My advise, stay as far from these guys as you can, they only interested in debiting amounts from your account and not doing refunds.
