DELAY TECHNICS ON REFUND

I ordered product from Sarah Vlotman for my mother, as she went into severe health problems and thought it good to get some of the highly recommended product of Mannatech. My mom went into heartfailure. <br> <br> It placed an order and issued my banking details on 20 September to Sarah Vlotman. I waited 10daysfor it to be delivered. <br> <br> My mom started to use the product to the instructions of Sarah with the Coconut oil, Himalayan salt etc. She spoke to me on the phone on repeat for 3 months minimum. I said I don't have a problem with that I first want to see if it is working as it is quite a big expense rounded off R1300 including delivery cost. She told me I will see results within 2 weeks but seeing my mom is severely ill, it might take 3-4 weeks to see some results. I said OK, but first see results. To my surprise I received sms of debit going through and next day a delivery!!! 2 weeks after my first delivery! I returned it back on my cost to the HO Bedfordview.....still waiting for refund. Now MORE forms need to be signed stating could take another 6 weeks!!!!, which I did at HO to Abie as instructed by Sarah. Delay technics. 2 weeks for refund??? <br>
