Charged for a 2nd delivery that was not requested.

Bought a bottle of facial cream for R1200 as I once off on the 3rd of June. Another R1200 went off my credit card on the 30th of the same month and was delivered, but I did not ask for another delivery as I am still using my 1st bottle.<br> <br> Representative says I cannot get my money back as I need to pay for 3 deliveries before I can get my money back. I only wanted to order one bottle and was told I could get my money back within 90 days if not satisfied. This is not the story I am being told now.<br> <br> And this is not a cheap product. R1200 per bottle of facial cream and now I have to pay another R1200 to get R2400 back?! Does not make sense. False advertising. <br> <br> And now my credit card is in the red because of this.<br> <br> Please help!!<br> <br> <br>
