Bad experience and Service from Mannatech

Very bad experience with Mannatech.Started using Mannatech 3 months ago,used it for the first month.Picked up some medical problems not blaming Mannatech for it,but decided to stop using it after a month to see if my health will improve.At the time being introduced to Mannatech I was informed that if I am not gonna use Mannatech anymore that they will refund me without asking any questions.What they did not tell me is that I need to keep all the empty containers to be able to get my refund.They also did not tell me that I need to fill in forms and that it is my responsibility to get the used or unused containers back to them.They also did not advise me about the 10% handling fee that they keep.I was also not informed that they do not refund the courier fees as it was my expense.I really think that this was misleading and now I am sitting with the obligation and administration problems to get back my money that was suppose to be hassle free.The public needs to make sure about the fine print.I also asked them to stop my last order before delivery and it was confirmed that it will be stopped,needless to say the parcel was delivered.This people is not trustworthy.
