Bad services is costing!!!

Everyone my name is Alpheus and i am not happy with the service i got from manmar Heavy, i bought a truck Renault 400 model is 2008 on the 14/ 08 / 2019 with R265 000.00 and that it has never worked now i am over R320 000.00 with the costs of the truck and i don't know what do with it anymore and when i tell them that the truck you gave me is giving me problems they say i must fix it with my own cost and i must buy the parts with my own costs, i don't know what to do now.
