MANLY'S - KWIKOT CLAIM

MANLY'S sold me a geyser (Econo Dual 150 Kwikot) with a reconditioned valve, knowing full well that the reconditioned valve makes the warranty null and void. I have since had reason to claim because the geyser is leaking and according to the Kwikot technician the reason is the reconditioned valve. KWIKOT SAYS THE WARRANTY IS NULL AND VOID SO THEY CANNOT REPLACE THE GEYSER. MANLY'S SAY THEY ARE NOT LIABLE. BOTH COMPANIES ARE PASSING THE BUCK!!!!
