Lash extensions with a free skin wax!
<p>I had lash extensions done last week Thursday.</p> <p> </p> <p>I asked them not to stick the micropore tape below my eyes (the the******'s response was that I was not the only one complaining about it and that she even used that tape in training!? She proceeded to stick it on..)</p> <p> </p> <p>By the way: I really dont know why they use Micropore tape as it is used is to keep wounds closed, NOT for the soft skin below your eyes! </p> <p> </p> <p>After the lashes were done, she pulled off the tape and with it, came a layer of my skin. I was in a lot of pain. She then put an oatmeal-like mask below my eyes (I appreciated the gesture..) but then they expected me to leave the salon looking like that, with porridge on my face. I went straight home and it was okay, even though I had other things I needed to do that day. I now have multiple scabs below my eyes and look like I have been in a car crash or something. Really not the desired effect I had in mind.</p> <p> </p> <p>She also threaded my eyebrows and I need to tweezer them already as so many hairs where not removed. I may just add that the threading costs R85, it took her about 60 seconds and that was it. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am incredibly disapointed in ManiPedi and will definitely not be returning there. </p>
