Poor service

I placed an order for air curtains on the 20 August 2022 and was told they'd deliver on the 12 September 2022 and only received my order today 11 October 2022 after struggling. and it was not what I ordered, they delivered heaters with plugs not native to South Africa. Two weeks prior to the delivery I spoke to a lady named Bridgett about my refund and she was rude and unprofessional, and an accounts clerk called Clara she doesn't even bother to acknowledge the receipt of communication. Bridgett provided me with Clara's email on the 26 September 2022 of I immediately sent communication however Clara has not responded till date.
