poor service

I placed an order with Manicca .com on the 17 August 2022, I have yet to receive the order after numerous emails and calls of which I can supply proof. Of the many emails only one was rep**** to with mo follow up. Of the numerous calls, I never got through, listened to the message over and over. At one point I began to receive ***** sms messages about a parcel I did try to get into one but the site was not recognized and I was asked for money, this also linked me to a ***** Canadian site who debited by account, the oney was refunded after I complained. I sent Manicca a snapshot of the messages asking if these were legitimate to which I have not had a reply.

As They do not answer emails or calls I am asking for your help.
