Order not receive and many months

Terribly disappointing and the company should not be allowed to trade in this country. I regret having placed an order through this **** of a company. I placed an order in August, simple one item with no significance, this has still not arrived. I have sent more than 20 emails asking when my order is arriving, the company is not responding. No one answers calls except for the automated response that tells you only the trading hours and that someone will get back to you yet no one ever gets back. Surely at this rate of swindling of people, we should be organising a civil suit against this company and shut it down in South Africa? Does anyone know how this can be done? For the record, my order number s ***, so please Manicca, don’t come here and ask me what my order number is. It is terribly disgusting how you conduct your business in this country. It is time you shut down and go operate in countries where your level terrible service is acceptable. Please give me back my money, urgently. There are many companies that can deliver this simple item within 24 hours.
