Utterly poor service from this online store.!!! Not even worth the One Star rating...but this is the lowest I could rate. I purchased a couple of Electrical items specifically at that store due to them stocking "all" of the items I needed. I could have ordered my items at various other stores which have excellent service but I decided to try Manicca.com and kill two birds with one stone - Now, I come to appreciate the proverb. Long story short, I received an e-mail from Manicca support to inform me that one of the items was in fact out of stock and that I would be refunded for my purchase within 10-14 days of receiving my banking details - that was a month ago. I inquired telephonically as to why I have not received either product or refund. Their reply was "There is a backlog from the UK . The other stores that I normally use carry local supplies and delivered a previous order of mine within two days.
