Manicca out of stock NO Refund received

I placed my order on the 14th of January and received confirmation of order which was asked to do payment via internet transfer. I made the payment and received confirmation of order being processed. On the 17th of January I received an email saying out of stock and that I need to supply my bank details for the refund. After sending the bank details, I waited a week and started to follow up on the refund. My emails does not get answered.? I tried numerous time to phone them and was lucky to get hold of someone on the 30th of January. The Agent informed me that she has escalated my refund and that I should see the funds cleared the following day. Still no refund received
